Ease & just being here now.
After three beauuuuuutiful explorations, it's time we come back home to rest within our integration practice of “ease & just being here now.” This delicious focus always has 2 parts: 1) Ease We’ll move our body and invite the sensation of ease into our dance. Ease in our shoulder joints... Ease in our spine... Ease in our facial muscles... etc... Giving ourselves space.
Ooh friend… this is going to be another delicious one…. Whereas last week was about giving ourselves (and life) grace, this week is about giving ourselves space. Last week we explored things like embracing the messiness… the grey in-between… the need for multitasking sometimes… and how it feels in our body to remove the pressure of “perfect” circumstances, outcomes, or performance.
