Heya friend! This week, we’re trying on new shoes as we dance……….. I’ll explain. :) Back when I first began to study mind-body dance, I learned a lot about how beneficial it is to be barefoot. Circles, spirals, and rotation (oh my!)
Ooh, friend. I think this focus is going to feel so good! This week as we dance, we’ll simply tune into our body and explore what it’s like to play with circles, spirals, twists, and rotation as we move.
