Calling all Aya friends!
Join us the weekend of the Perseids Meteor Shower for our 4th annual Aya campout at Hickory Hills!
Enjoy a blissful weekend of Aya, yoga, drumming, camping, meditation, hiking, stargazing, relaxing, and more with your Aya pals!
Come for an hour… a day… or stay over and enjoy the whole weekend outdoors!
Bring your family along for some lovely summer memories! Kiddos are definitely welcome-- this event is very family friendly.

Joining us this year? Wonderful! Please REGISTER HERE. There is no fee, but your registration will help us plan & purchase an ideal amount of supplies, and will provide us a way to contact you in case of inclement weather, change of schedule, etc. Thanks so much!
Friday, 8/14
• 2:00 PM - Campers can register & set up tents at our area after 2
• Enjoy the park - Unplug, explore, hike, play, or simply unwind
• 5:30 PM - Potluck Dinner*
• 7:00 PM - Welcome Aya dance (w/Dani) + Somatic Meditation (w/Ashley)
• Sunset - Drum circle & music-making around the fire
• Afterward - S'mores & stargazing the Perseids Meteor Shower
*Please bring something to share, along with your own dishes & silverware.

Saturday, 8/15
• Morning - Coffee & tea available
• 8:00 AM - Complimentary oatmeal (thanks to Alison & fam!)
• 9:00 AM - Yoga with Sarah
• Free time to unplug, relax, and enjoy the park & lake*
• 4:00 PM - Healing Sound Bath with Tim
• 5:30 PM - Potluck Dinner**
• 7:00 PM - Aya dance with Dani
• Sunset - Drum circle & music-making around the fire
• Afterward - S'mores & stargazing the Perseids Meteor Shower
*A canoe, paddle boards, and some kayaks will be available to enjoy

Donations appreciated
Although no fee is needed to attend Perseidsfest, donations are encouraged, very much appreciated, and will help to keep this event sustainable year after year. Donations help to cover the costs of hosts and instructors, as well as additional costs of food, supplies, park reservation fees, etc.
We have 3 ways you can donate:
1) We'll have a donation jar on-site
2) You can Venmo @ayadance (located in the business tab)
3) You can donate online here

Camping Info
Want to camp out with us? Wonderful!
We'll have a large group camp area available for tent camping again. Plus, this year we've reserved an additional area nearby for RV camping as well (please note, only 7 RV spots available).
If camping with a tent, please bring $18 via cash or check per adult tent (per night) to pay directly to the park upon setting up your tent. Please note: if you are bringing children, a spot for a 2nd tent for kids is included in your $18 fee. No need to reserve tent spaces with Dani ahead of time (plenty of space).
New! --> To camp with an RV (or any vehicle that uses electrical hook-up), you can reserve one of the 7 spots available at our 2nd camping area (very close by) by contacting Dani and paying in advance ($25/night).
Campers can begin setting up anytime after 2PM on Friday.

HIKE
Enjoy a peaceful walk along the well-marked hiking trails throughout the park.
PADDLE
Enjoy a little time out on the peaceful water of Casey Lake! We'll be sure to bring our canoe, kayaks, & paddleboards to share.

PLAY
Grab a frisbee or ball, and head on over to the playground, basketball court, archery field, or disc golf course!
EXPLORE
The park is beautiful and full of wildlife. Enjoy the bison and elk exhibit, deer, goats, butterflies, birds, wildflowers, and more!
Unplug. Relax. Connect. Play. Rest and rewild in awesomely friendly community.
