Good morning, beautiful soul!
Wow, friend... Our focus last week was JUST what I needed. I feel sooooo much more centered, grounded, and at peace after a week of slowing down and tuning in. Many thanks for joining me in that focus.
This week, we'll take some time to come back to gratitude.
As we move (in class and/or simply in life), we'll tune in and ask ourselves...
What can I be grateful for?
Then we can also sense: how does tapping into gratitude feel? What do we sense in our body, mind, emotions, or spirit? Does it change anything? What does practicing gratitude do for us?
