Gratitude (Week 2)




Wowzers, friend.


After some time away from having a dedicated gratitude practice, refocusing on gratitude this past week has been feeling sooooooooo great! Thanks so much for joining me in this deep dive.


This week, we'll continue with a 2nd dose of Cultivating a Gratitude Bias.


As we dance, we'll simply tune into our senses, noticing the wonderful sounds, smells, touches, tastes, sights, and other sensations and moments (around and within us) that we can be grateful for.


Ahhhhhh..... It feels so goooooood! I'm looking so forward to having another week to strengthen my gratitude muscles with you. See you soon!
