Lymphatic flow…..

I hope you had a wonderful week. I always LOVE vacationing with my family, but knowing I’ll get to Aya with you when we get back really helps me love coming back home too. :)

We’re currently driving back, and all this sitting has me thinking it’d be great to revisit a focus we explored a couple of years on our lymphatic system.

We’ll move & help keep everything flowing…. yesssss!
