Friend—- Halloween week is HERE!!!

And THAT means it’s time to let our inner child out to PLAY! 🙌

Come on over to shake off any stress and let loose with us this week. We’ll have a special Halloween playlist, and costumes are very much welcome & encouraged.

No costume? No problem! Come dance anyway. I’ll have some extras to share (if desired)… or simply come join us in the vibe.

This week’s all about allowing ourselves to lighten up and play, and these classes are always ridiculously FUN. So, if taking a break from all the adulting stuff, hopping into a costume, and bouncing around the room with other humans in costumes sounds good to your soul… we’ll see you soon!
