Practicing gratitude (via our senses).

Updated: 2 days ago

Thank you so much for another beautiful week of ease & just being here now last week, friend. November is here, and you know what that means… Yep!! It’s time for coming back to: gratitude.

This week and next, we’ll focus on exploring what it’s like to practice gratitude via our senses. We’ll practice looking at (and listening to, tasting, smelling, and touching) the world around us with our gratitude filter activated.

The big question: What can we be grateful for ___________ (seeing, hearing, tasting, smelling, and/or touching) in this moment? Right here, right now.

We’ll practice sensing for and soaking up the goodness that is all around us, right here, right now. Not only as our meditation and great way to stay present, but also as a way to strengthen our gratitude muscles and further cultivate our gratitude bias (making it easier and easier for us to soak up the goodness all year long).

Whew! With the hustle & bustle of holidays ahead, this is perfect timing for me, friend.

How about you? Is it a great time for you to come back to gratitude too?

As always, can’t wait to see what we discover together. Thanks so much for being here! See you soon!

Much love,

 Dani
