Returning to ease & just being here now.

Y'all, last week’s discussions were just what my heart needed. Thank you.

After the past few weeks deep-dives into Flexibility, Gratitude, and Full-spectrum Living, this week we’re coming back home to ease.

Ease as in the opposite of hard.

Ease as in the opposite of struggle.

Ease as in the opposite of dis-ease.

There’s a time and place for embracing the hard and effortful... the growth and improvement…but these “ease” weeks are here to remind us to also:

• soften into oneness with the world around us

• sense our interconnectedness

• embrace our suchness

Ease reminds us how lovely it can be to just… be.

There’s less of a vibe of improving, working, growing… and more of a vibe of just celebrating our aliveness….

There’s less of a sensation of me… and more of a sensation of we.

How do we do it?

As we dance, we simply invite ease into our body. We can still move as vigorously as we’d like moment to moment, we just let those large or fast movements still be as easy as possible (no extra effort-ing or tension needed).

We tune in, and sense our body as a way to stay embodied and present.

There’s a softness…

A lightness…

And it is oh-so-delicious.

Ahhhh…. I always love these weeks. See you soon!

Much love,

💛 Dani
