Ok, y'all. So this one's a little out there.Ā š
Sometimes it blows my mind.
Ok. Sooooooo, I don't really think about it much... I tend to be more focused on the day-to-day. My to-do list. Our homeschool lessons for the day. The songs I want to choreograph next. What to make for lunch, etc., etc.......
But.... can you believe that we are made of stardust?Ā And we're on a rock that's spinning ~1000 mph, while also traveling 67,000 mph forward on aĀ 364ish-day-long trip around a big ball of fire?
I mean. How wild is that?!?
I rarely zoom out quite thisĀ far, but man, when I do: š¤Æ. Every time.
How about you? Do you ever think about it?
Like.... what?!?!? How can it be? And what does it all mean? And that's when my mind just starts to melt. Hahahaha. Then I go back to the next thing on my list. :)
Well, friends. This week, we're going to play with one aspect ofĀ this.Ā
This week's invitation: While we dance (and just go about life this week),Ā let's imagine and really picture ourselves as stardust. Whatever "stardust" looks like to you.
The important part: to sense andĀ shine like the being of light that you are. āØ
What does that look like for you?
What does it feel like in your feet, your shoulders, your eyes, etc. when you picture yourself and embody your you-ness in thisĀ way?
As usual... we'll just play around and explore.....
Does dancing and imagining and relating to and embodying yourselfĀ as stardust change anything for you?
Does it change...
How you move?
What you sense in your body?
How you feel?
How you think?
How you behave?Ā
Perhaps yes. Perhaps not at all. :) As always-- it's just an experiment, and there's no wrong way to do it.....
And as always, I cannot WAIT to see what we discover together this week.
See you SOON, y'all!
š Dani
