Keeping it Flowing (Lymph, Week 2)



Hi friend! Happy Sunday!


I'm so grateful for our focus on our lymphatic system last week. Wow. Learning all about it... PLUS knowing it relies on movement of our muscles to work??? Oh my-- it helps me want to get up and wiggle EVEN MORE than before! 


We'll continue on with this focus for one more week. If you'd like to read an overview of the lymphatic system, I made one for you here


This week, we'll simply continue to explore and enjoy how moving our bodies can help keep it all flowing. Excited to dance & dive in with you.
