Radiating gratitude.

Thanks, so much, for another lovely week of dancing, friend! We’ll continue our focus this week on gratitude… but this time, we’ll revisit a practice we explored last year at this same time: radiating gratitude.


It’s a practice where we sense our gratitude in the moment, and also practice expressing (and radiating) it outwardly. It’s thanks… giving.


We can explore things like:

• How do you show, communicate, or express your thanks?

• Who could you express your thanks to today? How?

• How might you thank yourself?

• How can you radiate your gratitude at home? Work? Out and about?

• How does it feel to give thanks? What do you notice/sense in your body?

• How does it feel to receive thanks? What do you notice/sense in your body?


And, last but not least… Along with giving thanks through words, etc., here’s a neat thing to explore: what’s it like to embody and radiate a grateful presence? Does that intention change anything for you? What do you sense/notice? I mean, what a way to be in the world, right? Just beaming out gratitude vibes wherever you go? Yessss!

Does expressing or radiating your gratitude ever feel difficult, awkward, or clumsy? If so, I’m with ya, babe. But (just like anything) we'll just keep on practicing (perfectly imperfectly). Let’s just take it one little thank you at a time, until the gratitude radiates freely, with eeeeeease.
